Michael Schlitt, M.D.

Dr. Michael Schlitt has served as an executive of Continuum Health Alliance (CHA), LLC since its founding in 1998. As CHA's vice president of payer relations, Dr. Schlitt develops pay-for-performance measures, initiates and improves payer relationships, assists with technology initiatives, and provides oversight for physician compliance issues. CHA delivers physician management services to hospital-based and independent physician groups in the region, including Advocare, LLC, a 50+ multispecialty medical group practice.
Dr. Schlitt is a Board-certified pediatrician who maintains private practice at Advocare Haddon Pediatrics, where he delivers healthcare services to children and develops clinical outcome projects.
After receiving his bachelor's degree in biology from Lafayette College in 1980, Dr. Schlitt earned his doctorate in medicine from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in Philadelphia at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.
