Michael P. Rosiak

As Vice President of Performance Management, Mr. Rosiak focuses on the qualitative and quantitative aspects of operational and financial performance for both Continuum and its clients. While managing client relationships and developing business opportunities, Mr. Rosiak is also responsible for analyzing metrics relative to the company's goals and industry standards.
Mr. Rosiak served from June 2009 through July 2011 as Continuum's Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Administration. From 2005 until joining the Continuum team, he was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a healthcare services consultancy, where he spearheaded solutions for the critically underserved needs of regional medical providers and negotiated commercial insurance contracts to enhance the fiscal strength of physicians and hospitals.
Since 1986 Mr. Rosiak has been a leader in the field of pediatric respiratory services. Recognized for providing cutting-edge care and technology to the medically fragile population, publishing articles, and delivering presentations to medical staff nationwide, he also played a major role in the creation of Voorhees Pediatric Health System and Weisman Children's Rehabilitation Hospital, where he ultimately served as Executive Director of Clinical Services from 2003-2005.
Mr. Rosiak is a founder and President of the NJ Pediatric Patients' Charitable Trust Fund, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides funding support to children with special needs in southern New Jersey.
