Sean Porrini provides organizational oversight to Continuum Health Alliance (CHA), LLC, a company that delivers management services to hospital-based and independent physician groups throughout the region.
With expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, and tax compliance, Mr. Porrini collaborates with CHA's senior executive team to guide the company's strategic vision and growth strategies. As chief operating officer, he is also responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of company-wide operational efficiencies.
Mr. Porrini engages in ongoing professional development and serves the accounting industry as an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He was previously a partner in two certified public accounting firms, and was a plan administrator for the Bankruptcy Court of Philadelphia.
A member of the American Mensa Society, Mr. Porrini received his bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University and a Master of Taxation from Villanova University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in business administration at Northcentral University.
