James D'Onofrio, Jr. brings more than 25 years of healthcare management experience to Continuum Health Alliance (CHA), LLC, a leading provider of management services to hospital-based and independent physician groups in the region.
Working previously in reimbursement services, finance, operations, and strategic development, Mr. D'Onofrio has managed operating budgets of up $20 million, implemented more than 15 financial systems, and supervised staffs of nearly 1,000 at multiple site locations. As executive vice president of strategic business initiatives for CHA, Mr. D'Onofrio's expertise in receivables recovery, system implementation, regulatory compliance, and contracts management enables him to deliver business performance solutions that achieve operational excellence throughout the revenue management cycle.
Mr. D'Onofrio received his bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University and has pursued professional development in leadership and sales advantage through Dale Carnegie Training.
